Public Disclosure of Procedures and Guidelines, Lead Drugs, Biomarkers, and Other Technologic Outcomes

BenBedPhar summarizes the coordinated effort to make publicly available the procedures, protocols, and technological outcomes developed within the network. Through its multidisciplinary Working Groups, BenBedPhar has promoted transparency and reproducibility in the study of the NRF2 pathway, disseminating standardized methodologies related to biomarker identification, compound screening, and pharmacological characterization of NRF2 modulators.

The Action’s open-access strategy ensures that lead compounds, validated biomarkers, and bioinformatics tools generated through collaborative activities are made accessible to the scientific community, fostering data sharing and accelerating translational progress. These procedures and resources are continuously updated through the network’s website and shared repositories, reinforcing BenBedPhar’s commitment to open science and cooperative development.

This initiative is exemplified by recent publications such as

“The NRF2 transcription factor: a promising target in chronic diseases and cancer chemoprevention” (Free Radical Biology and Medicine, 2022),

which outlines methodological advances and translational applications derived from BenBedPhar collaborations. Such contributions demonstrate the Action’s leadership in setting scientific and procedural standards for NRF2-related research and in facilitating the public dissemination of results with potential pharmacological impact.
